Reply admin on November 8, 2017 at 5:28 pm Hi Jamie, I would say it’s about 4-6 meatballs depending on how big you make them. The best way is to weigh them before you cook them. (100 grams is 1 serving.) Reply Chelsea Guiffre on December 14, 2017 at 6:07 pm How do I calculate the calories? Reply admin on December 14, 2017 at 6:54 pm Hey Chelsea, this is a really great question. 100grams of lean ground beef is 137 calories. All of our recipes are formulated to keep you within your 500 calorie range once you add your vegetables and fruits and melba toast cracker. If you keep to the basic diet (calculating 100 grams of meat) you should be fine. Just make sure you are using “lean” ground beef. Try not to overdue it on the beef during the diet as that is one of the fattier meats. Happy Dieting! Reply Submit a Comment Cancel reply Your email address will not be published.
