Vegetarian diet

The HCG Warrior diet was exactly what I needed! I decided to do the diet with my Mom after we had been feeling a little bloated and not like ourselves. We both live a vegan lifestyle so we did not know what to expect as we had to create a bit of our own meal plan (Vegetarian Meal Plan is available). We decided to eat soy chicken with broccoli and have apples for our snack. The first few days went really well, losing 1-2 pounds both days, but on the 3rd day I was feeling bored of the food already, and my body was feeling the withdrawls from sugar and carbs. Without realizing pears are one fruit that unfortunately has not been effective with the hcg diet, I ate a pear so I did not lose for the next two days. Determined to reach my goal, I gave up the pears and went back to the original meal plan and started to lose again. The diet became easier and easier as the weeks went on. I lost a total of 7 pounds in 21 days and I felt and still feel great! The diet can have its challenges but overall, I never would have been able to lose that much in such a short amount of time. I feel as though I am able to eat a healthier variety of foods and I do not crave all the sugar and carbs I was consuming prior to starting the diet. If you decide to try it, just remember that one or two bad days does not mean you should give up, keep perservering and I promise you will see the results you are looking for. The diet can be done in 21, 27 or 40 days depending on your goals and my mom decided to do the diet again 3 months later. She lost 18.5 pounds the first time and she is on round 2 now with a total of 4.5 pounds lost on her 3rd day!

You will not be disappointed if you try the HCG diet. I feel great and you will too!!
