19 Lbs Vegetarian Version

The HCG diet is for me. This is my second time and I have lost 27 pounds in total so far. I am not a meat eater so I am losing the weight a little slower than most people but that is okay. The weight is staying off. This diet has been the only diet that has worked for me in 25 years. It has reset my metabolism so I can indulge occasionally in a rich dessert and it has also stopped my cravings for sugar and carbs. It is much easier now to eat healthy, whole foods. I love this diet and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to lose weight and feel great!
