Hey kurt – Kurt the HCG Warrior here.

Here is another delicious low calorie recipe!

A weekly email series where I share super healthy recipes that are quick to whip up and scrumdiddlyumptious to eat.

And given the colder months are quickly approaching…

I thought it would be a neat idea to spend the next couple of weeks diving deep into the wonderful world of SOUPS.

What liquid treasure is on the menu today?

None other than some fast and fabulous French Onion Soup!

Let’s get into it.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 4 cups of beef broth
  • 2 Melba toast crumbled (optional)
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 onion (sliced into thin strips)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Stevia to taste
  • Salt & pepper

Here are the instructions:

  1. In a pan over medium heat, brown the onion in water and lemon juice.
  2. Add beef broth and remainder of ingredients to pan.
  3. Mix and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Top with Melba toast croutons

And voila — pretty dang easy, right?
But don’t let this recipe fool you.
It may be quick and easy to make… but it’s also JAM PACKED with savory, delicious flavors that are sure to hit the spot!
